Meet your Instructor: Maria, RN
With over 23 years of nursing experience, our lead instructor brings a wealth of real-world knowledge, compassion, and dedication to every class. Beginning her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant, she advanced to become a Licensed Practical Nurse and now serves as a Registered Nurse- giving her a deep understanding of every level of patient care.
She has proudly cared for our nations Veterans while also gaining extensive experience across multiple healthcare settings, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, dementia care, hospice and Primary care.
Her passion for teaching comes from genuine desire to empower the next generation of caregivers. She understands the challenges students face and is committed to creating a supportive, hands-on learning environment where students can build confidence, competence, and compassion.
